Can you isolate just my Kilimani unit?

Often not quickly. Where landlord and tenant meters share a board, isolating one unit means identifying which way circuits were run when the building was subdivided. We map the board before we work on it, which takes longer on the first visit and much less on every visit after.

My converted office trips whenever the air conditioning starts. Is that the supply?

Usually the board, not the supply. A domestic consumer unit in a building now running as an office is carrying loads it was never specified for. Upgrading the board and splitting circuits is the fix; a larger breaker is not.

The real fix is a new board and split circuits, and we would rather quote that than make the symptom quieter.
